Sound familiar?

Quotes live in spreadsheets

Every job is re-costed from scratch, and the price you gave three months ago is nowhere to be found.

Production is tracked by phone

To find out where an order stands, you ring the workshop. Twice a day.

Invoicing happens at month end

From memory and paper slips — and delivered-but-uninvoiced work surfaces far too late.

The flow you already work

This does not change your trade. It records what you do anyway, so nothing gets lost.

Every stage records who worked on it, and when.

The screens you will work in

Real captures from the application, running a furniture factory’s data. Every trade gets the same screens, with its own fields and stages.

Orders, with the current stage

Every order in one list, each showing the stage it has reached and who is on it. Urgent ones are flagged.

One order’s flow

The production stages for that order, with who picked it up, who completed it, and when. Notes stay with the stage.

The product spec sheet

The reusable template: your trade’s own fields and the costing recipe every new order starts from.

The price grid

Operations down, variants across, a price in every cell. Quotes stop depending on who wrote them.

The shop-floor screen

On a tablet by the machine, the operator signs in with a PIN and sees only the jobs that reached their stage. They pick a task up, complete it, and the system records who and when.

The client register

Customers with their billing details, the discounts you agreed, and their order history.

Your customers can see their own orders and invoices

Every customer can be given an account. They sign in at the same address you do and see exactly what concerns them — their orders, the stage each one has reached, the quotes they were sent, and their invoices including anything unpaid.

  • They see only their own orders and documents — never another customer’s.
  • They can download a quote or an invoice as a PDF instead of calling you for a copy.
  • They see the stage each order has reached — the same information you see.
  • The account is optional: a customer with no email address stays in the register, simply without access.

What if that customer already has an account with another company?

One email address has exactly one account across the whole platform — that is what makes signing in unambiguous. If the address is already in use by another company, the app tells you so plainly when you save, and you have two options: use a different address for this customer (the contact person who deals with you, for instance), or leave the field empty — the customer stays in your register, with orders and invoices, just without app access. Your data is never visible to the other company.

What it does

Not a generic ERP. A tool for making things to order.

Reusable templates

Define a product once — with your trade’s own fields — and run any number of orders from it.

Your own price grid

Operations down, variants across, a price in every cell. Quotes become consistent.

Production stages

Each order moves through your stages. Operators pick up and complete; the system records who and when.

Invoices and proformas

Automatic per-series numbering that never repeats. Outstanding balances in one click.

Production reporting

What was made, by whom, in what quantity, and where the flow is getting stuck.

One price per user. That’s it.

Pay only for the users you have, with every feature included. The bigger the team, the lower the per-user price.

Example: a 12-user workshop pays 12 × 39 = 468 RON / month.

Prices exclude VAT. Every band includes every feature, updates and support — no implementation fees. Start with 14 days free, no card.
